Twelfth Annual Read-A-Thon Is Underway!

All month long students are reading for the Read-a-thon! This school-wide event encourages a love of literacy and raises awareness and support for worthy causes. This year the ES will be donating money to Heifer International’s Read to Feed program. Middle school students held a Meeting for Business to discuss where their money should go; they decided on Red Hook Rise, the World Wildlife Fund, and the Make-a-Wish Foundation. And upper school students voted to donate a portion of their money the American Cancer Society. Look for updates and other fun activities throughout the month!
