MMFS Welcomes Tricina Stallings as the new Director of Human Resources

We are very pleased to welcome Tricina Stallings to the MMFS Senior Leadership team. Tricina joins the staff as Director of Human Resources.

Tricina brings the benefit of more than 15 years of HR experience to MMFS. She comes to us from the NYC Department of Housing, where she has been Director of Benefits for the past five years. Before that, she was with the New York City School Construction Authority. Her expertise includes employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, performance management,
learning and development, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance management.

Tricina holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Long Island University and a bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Morris College. Outside of work, she enjoys sewing, running, and spending time with her family.

Tricina is a natural leader with a passion for problem solving and collaboration. She is a great addition to the MMFS community, and we are delighted that she has joined us.
